Meet the Board: 2014 - 2015


Kate worked in the music industry for 10 years, first at a major record label before moving to advertising and marketing for Australia's biggest independent music website. Alongside her media role, Kate is also an accomplished dancer. While teaching and performing professionally, Kate has found the integration of the principles of AcuEnergetics® bring greater depth of understanding to her dance practice. In 2011, Kate embarked on a six month solo travel around the world to further immerse in dance, yoga and meditation teachings. She is currently completing her AcuEnergetics® Practitioner Training and is a qualified AcuEnergetics® Meditation Teacher. Contact: president@aaap.org.au

Aimee worked in the Medical Device industry for 10 years, with most of those years developing and selling implants for use in Interventional Cardiology. After years of thinking about how to help the many refractory patients that are not adequately treated by conventional western medicine approaches and "just never really seem to get better," Aimee became more and more compelled by the approach of and results achieved through the AcuEnergetics® treatment system. Vicki has worked in the pharmaceutical clinical trial industry for 15 years, mainly on cardiology and oncology studies. After reading about the experiences patients go through during clinical trials, and always having had an interest in energy healing, Vicki found her way to AcuEnergetics® in 2008. Following a number of life changing AcuEnergetics® treatments and returning from a short stint in the UK, in 2013 Vicki decided it was time to begin the Level 1 course. She is currently an AcuEnergetics practitioner student and also studying to become a AcuEnergetics® meditation teacher. Contact: secretary@aaap.org.au

Ira has worked for 15 years in business operations/management and has been an advocate and student of alternative medicine for twice as long. She has instinctively gravitated toward natural, ancient, and traditional treatments and application of medicine from a very young age. Ira has studied Naturopathy, Kinesiology and is now an avid AcuEnergetics® Practitioner level student. Contact: treasurer@aaap.org.au


Celine worked for 15 years in Finance/IT in Europe and Australia for major international banks. She discovered AcuEnergetics® in May 2010 at the MindBodySpirit Festival in Sydney and was blown away by the effect of the 30 minute session in terms of stress relief, relaxation and sleep improvement. After completing the first two levels of AcuEnergetics® workshops, Celine decided to study further to become an AcuEnergetics® Practitioner and qualified in July 2012. Since then, she has given sessions in Europe and Australia. Celine is now back in Sydney to study a Diploma of Remedial Massage and combines both modalities in her healing treatments. 

Gareth comes from a corporate working background and has made the transition into working full time as an AcuEnergetics® Practitioner. Gareth’s journey with AcuEnergetics® began some 12 years ago when he first started having sessions with Kevin Farrow for a debilitating neck injury. On the road to recovery he become fascinated with the modality and found a calling to work in the energy medicine field. He is passionate about the modality and seeing both students and practitioners flourish. In addition to being an AcuEnergetics® Practitioner, Gareth is currently completing his AcuEnergetics® Meditation Teacher Training.

Having a thriving corporate career of 17 years, Kimberley experienced the tragic loss of her daughter, followed two years later by a severe injury due to a car accident. These two events threw Kimberley into a journey of self-discovery. Kimberley is now a highly sought after practitioner, healer, presenter and trainer that has been dedicated to helping others heal since 1999. Having studied over six modalities, AcuEnergetics® being one of those, she has researched how these modalities can work together. Kimberley has helped thousands of people feel empowered, change their patterns, heal their pain and experience a renewed sense of wellbeing. She is now dedicating her research and practice to women’s needs through all stages of life, specializing in Women’s Health, Fertility, Conscious Pregnancy & Birth. Kimberley’s purpose is to provide women with the best-informed choices for optimum health and wellbeing.

Rochelle is the General Manager of AcuEnergetics®, as well as a Senior AcuEnergetics® Practitioner and Teacher. She has been practicing AcuEnergetics® since 2005 and is fully qualified to teach AcuEnergetics® Level 1 and AcuEnergetics® Level 2. She is currently a co-teacher for AcuEnergetics® Level 3 and the AcuEnergetics® Practitioner Training.

Sonia discovered AcuEnergetics® in 2013 and was immediately intrigued by this modality. Being a mum of two small children with no family support in Australia she understood the affects of stress on the body. From her own personal experience of sessions and doing the AcuEnergetics® course through to Practitioner level she is very passionate about how this modality can assist people in their journey of wellness.Sonia is now a qualified AcuEnergetics® Wellness Balancer and looks forward to the challenge of becoming a Practitioner.

Steve graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Since then he has been heavily involved within the acting industry, performing in American and Australian films and television as well as many local theatre productions. He has studied yoga, martial arts, and meditation for over 18 years. He has been involved with AcuEnergetics® from its early days and is a Senior Practitioner and Teacher of the modality.
